Ok, I have a new installation of Reporting for Call Center installed. The problem is that it seems to time out after a few hours and stop collecting data. Here is what happens.
I come in and Restart the server, everything works fine for a little while. The real time agent comes up without delay and the server collects all the data it is supposed to. After a few hours, I am unable to connect to the real time server (It looks like Java fails to load), and calls that are being taken are no longer recorded into the database and will not show on the reports. After a restart, everything works the way it should. I have been messing with this issue for weeks and would appreciate any help
