Data Link Properties window ADP

I have an access project ADP connecting to an SQL server that I'm rolling out to a bunch of users. The problem: I need to incorporate some sort of simple user interface to allow users to modify the connection properties to the SQL server. The Data Link Properties window (in access 2003, go to File then Connection) would be great but I'm unsure of how to call it from a module, any ideas?
