Description
A potential data integrity problem has been detected in Series 7 version 2 Maintenance Release 3. This problem will only occur under the following conditions:

- When using* an Oracle NUMBER data type defined with a scale greater than 0 and precision greater than 18.
- When using one of the above Cognos products configured with a locale that uses a decimal separator character other “.”.
