I am using Peachtree Complete Accounting for Construction 2006, with Crystal v9. I have just recently taken a class on Crystal so I am a complete novice at this.
In designing a report to calculate sales commission, I need the total job cost in order to calculate profits. I have used the formula field GetPeachAcutalJobExpensev2. This pulls data on some jobs correctly, but others have a totally incorrect amount. I have contacted Peachtree support and their Crystal support group. Neither can answer why this is happening. I have also run the Integrity check multiple times, reindexing and synching info.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, or know of a way to bring actual job costs (expenses) into Crystal.
