Does anyone if there is a way to import more than one contact into Goldmine(into the contact tab). We have data files that can have up to 8 contacts on them. At the moment we import the extra contacts as single records then M&P them.

Any suggestions much appreciated!!

You could do it programatically, but not as a GoldMine feature

Programatically you would just need to decide on your logic, ie: if you have five 'Address2' entries, which is the right one to use?

Thanks for that Wizard, what I meant was that we have say... Blogs & Co as company, at a contact Mr Smith, but you also have Mr Jones, Mr Blogs and Mr White.
I would like to import all of the contacts on to one record. i cannot see anyway of doing this!

Ah, the ol' Smith, Jones and White conondrum, eh?

There are additional contacts within the GoldMine contact. You find them in the GoldMine record, on the Contacts tab. You can add a virtually infinite number of White and Joneses to your Smith contact this way.

GoldMine cannot import directly to this table (contsupp). This requires a 3rd party program like Inaport

Excellent, I have literally just got hold of Inaport. Is it a failry easy program to use?
