Data from Outlook Express to Excel?

I would like to find a way to go through all email messages in my Outlook Express folders and extract from each message the properties “Name” and “Email address” and the Date, and put these data on an Excel sheet.

I have no experience with VBA-code for Outlook Express. Can anyone help?

Neither does anyone else. AFAIK, there is no accessible VBA code for Outlook Express, as there is no accessible library.

Outlook can use VBA.
Outlook Express can not.
