Is there anyway for me to get data out of MS Excell without creating a new report? I have some data that needs to be placed in a report on a monthly basis, but the data is only found in excell. I need to have crystal call the data from excell, if that is possible.
Thanks, Jason

Well you can only pull data out of excell with some type of report, but you could make this Excel report a subreport of an existing report. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

I tried making it a subreport, but I couldn't use the data in formulas. Is this normal or am I doing something worng?

You can use subreport data in any formula in the subreport. You use shared variables to move a value from the sub to the main report. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
