Data From Embedded Excel Worksheet

I have an excel worksheet embedded in my form. It calculates totals. I want the totals to transfer to my form when the worksheet is closed. Can this be done or will I need to continue to retype the totals into my form?

Have you thought of maybe linking the spreadsheet to your database, and using it as a table. You then have a lot more control over the data...

These are small woksheets embedded in each record. The format is the same in each record but the data is different.
