Data From Avaya CC 7.0 to Aspect?

Good day everyone.

This is my first question to the community.

Our Call Centre Manager is looking for the column definitions for the file that gets sent from Avaya to Aspect for Performance Management.

Asking Avaya about it, they pointed me to Aspect.

Asking Aspect about it, they pointed me back to Avaya.

You can imagine how this would continue. LOL!

If anyone has this information, it would be greatly appreciated!
