Data Forms Wizard - where is it?

Hello

I am using Visual Studio 2005 and creating a VB project.

Does anybody know where the Data Forms Wizard
I want something that can guide me through the creation of a form and am told this is where to look

It should be under 'Add Item'
There's about 30 options and Data Forms Wizard is not one of them

Any thoughts
