Hello all;

In my cross tab report, I have two prompts for entering starting and ending period, and period, which is a calculated filed shows as my column.

Report is sorted by period as well.

This is an example;

Starting Period : 2006-01
Ending Period: 2006-02

2006-01 2006-02 Future Onhold

I've formatted the data in each column, but the next time that I ran the report I entered the prompts differently;

Starting Period : 2006-01
Ending Period: 2006-03

2006-01 2006-02 Future Onhold 2006-03

It put the 2006-03 at the end and also I had to do formatting on that column again.

How can I do it so that all my columns have always the same formatting and also sort it as below.

2006-01 2006-02 2006-03 Future Onhold

TIA;

Mitra
