Data Environment...Child Commands....

I am running a query in the data environment and I was wondering on how do I pass parameters for the Child Command?

I can pass parameters in for a normal query, but not a child command. Please help I am getting very fusterated with Data Reporter and Crystal Reports in which I already tried using for this report.
