data entry form

I have been working on a helpdesk project. The problem that I have is that the data entry screen form has a toolbar from the component gallery which contains a print button. when I click "print" the data on the screen comes out all bunched together. I have created a report form that looks like the screen form but how do I make it the default when the data entry person clicks on the print button on the data entry screen.
