Data-Driven subscription with no data

Hi all,

Is there a way to have a data-driven subscription that only emails out the report when there is data?

I currently have a report that exports to Excel. When there is no data, users are getting blank excel workbooks. I would like for the report to only be sent to users that have data assigned to them.
