what script can i use to provide a complete data dictionary? I am running Oracle 9i

The ANSI view INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES lists all tables (base tables and views) a user has access to, including other INFROMATION_SCHEMA views.

By scanning all INFROMATION_SCHEMA views found, you will get information on all objects in the database.

BTW, this is an ANSI compliant solution, I don't know anything about Oracle. (This is the ANSI SQL forum.)
