Data Dictionary - Simple way to copy out fields and field defs 1

Hi,
Is there a simple easy way to just copy out the design of a table thereby capture it's name and datatype? I can't seem to simply 'copy and paste' the list of field names and types. It's a rather long list and I'd rather not have to type it all out......
