I was just wondering what settings everyone uses in Form 11 for a Dataset 1103 on an SX200 EL 19 3.2. I ask because I am meeting with a customer and his PMS vendor who is saying that the names of the people in the rooms are not updating themselves when a new guest checks in. I am wondering if that is the problem. Thanx a million!

If it is for Hotel, I always use the settings from the tech handbook and never have problems.

I have never seen any settings for PMS or Form 11 in the handbook, but I will have another look.

Page 144 in the lw19 rel 3.2 handbook under "Programming the PMS Interface"! Even tells you how to troubleshoot.

Thank you. It turns out that it wasnt the PBX that was causing the problem. It was the customers PMS vendor. Have a good weekend!
