Is there a way to build data cubes using multidimensional arrays in C and create interface to view it. My company is planning to remove Hyperion OLAP tool due to cost cutting measures and wanted me to work a way to build data cubes.

You should:
1. Do not crosspost
2. Tell your company that there is no need to reinvent the wheel
3. Estimate time and effort needed to rewrite Hyperion

I think that 3. should lead to:

3.1 Use excel/access pivot tables
3.2 Use Microsoft Analysis Services + Excel
3.3 Look for other cheaper alternative

Downloand the Microsoft Repoting Service trial at

http://www.microsoft.com/sql

try it then only decide. The REporting Service might be good tool for you.
