Data copy files from Server to Server

I want to use Robocopy/scopy or xxcopy to move data from one server to another and maintain dir. security which is best to use of the three and where can I download one of them. I can't find them on the resource kit .........

I've used Robocopy before and it works great. All security and file structure is retained in the copy process.Have you installed the W2k resource kit? It's on there...
