Data conversion to TPS

To date I have been using C6.1 to create a data conversion program (generate source) to convert data from a CSV file to TPS.

I also now need to convert Access to TPS (or Access > CSV > TPS).

Is there an easier way? I would be greatful of any idea's or advice on any 3rd party utilities.

PS. I have been trying to download XSCAN from

http://www.power10.co.il/en/xscan.asp

but only get an error. Anyone know we I can get the latest version of XSCAN
