Hi everyone,

We have been approched by a Business Process Outsourcing organization that wants to recommend run software for outsourcing everything from payroll (like ADP & Paychexs) to entire accounting department outsourcing. Currently we run a direct deposit system that exports in NACHA format and send the Federal and state W-2's electronically, as well as the Unemployement Commission reporting.

Question is this,

They want to export (or have the ability to) to quickbooks and import from a timeclock program. I'm sure that both have been done and would like any advice/code to facilitate this.

has info about directly accessing QB tables using QOBDC (Quicken ODBC).

Not sure what formats QB can import from; don't have QB.

As to the timeclock program, it will depend on which specific format the data is in.
