Hi--I'm new to Interdev, have 6.0 & PWS on Windows '95. I have successfully accessed data from an Access '97 file on an .asp page independently of Interdev using manual code. Now I've created an Interdev project and am trying to use the data environment. When I try Project => Add Connection with either a file dsn or a machine dsn I get the error w/title Data Environment:
"Library not registered."
I am not sure which library is being referred to--would it be MSDE.dll? Thank you for any ideas.

Try running the Interdev Server Components from the install disk. The DataEnvironment is usually installed in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\designer
containing a number of .DLL's (MSDE.DLL, MSDERUN.DLL).

These .DLL's need to be registered using RegSvr32 - though the install should do this for you.

Ensure that the 'anonymous' web user has execute permissions to these DLLs.

Check the microsoft web site and search for this issue - for which there are a number of articles.

PS. Ensure that the anonymous web user also has permissions to the Access Database.
