I'm looking to put together a procedures list in a data center runbook, as a guide for my technicians. All Operating Systems, Common networking situations, Etc. My techs. can all handle what we send them to do but they all do it differently and I'm trying to standardize are installations and procedures. I would greatly appreciate it, if anyone tells me where I can find any of this information.

I've also been looking for such information. I've ordered a number of the Prentice Hall books, and they have some good information, but no specific policy or procedure examples. You could try a an organization called NOREX. <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> are a information exchange and networking organization. There is a fairly steep membership fee but it has been worth it to us. One of the services they offer is a library of actual policies and procedures submitted by members. They are scrubbed of identity information and published for free download by members.
Jeff
masterracker@hotmail.com

Of all the things I've lost in life, I miss my mind the most ...
