data center or rackspace planning software?

Other then using excel or visio, can anyone recommend or mention any open source (or not) software useful for planning rack space and data center layouts?

Ideally such software would calculate and track power usage, air conditioning usage, weight requirements, and so forth.

I've only seen home grown apps which do data center management like rackspace management, automated rack assignments, moves ...

And the way ITIL handles this (basically ignored it) it doesn't seem that many vendors will actually move into this space.
