I'm having trouble with data being cut off in Word. When I view the data in the Access Report its is all there like it is supposed to be. However, when I export to Word or even Excel it cuts part of it off. I have the can grow option set on the field that is being cut off, which should only be for the Access report. When I look at the table all the info is there, when I look at the query all the info is there, and when I look at the resulting Access Report all the info is there. But when I export to Word it cuts off. Does anyone know what could be the problem??

Not sure if this is your problme, but is the cangrow property for the details section (or whatever section this control is in) set to yes also?? If the field can grow but the section can't, it will cut it off. Also, might check what the properties for the pages are set to....Perhaps the page size is set too small. Just a few tidbits off the top of my head... Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. (Albert Einstein)

Thanks for the ideas, I checked the field and sections can grow property are both set to grow. The access report is fine. Its when I try to send the report to view in a DOC or RTF format that it gets cut off.

If anyone else has any ideas I would be happy to email the database to them to see if they could come up with anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks mstrmage1768 for your ideas earlier.

...I actually was checking the forum for the solution to the same problem that teluser is having!

The maximum characters that are getting exported to the corresponding cells in Excel are 259. Any solution would surely be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jay.
