Data Base window list control with icons,

I am designing a new interface and would like to utilize a list control similar to the one on the data base window for access 2000, the one that switches your from forms, tables, modules, ect when you click on the items.

Is this and Active X control, or does anyone know where i can find such a control to use in my interface
