Data Base Results and Conditional Formatting

I have a WEB page I am working on that will disply some MSAccess DB results. Some of the result fields are Dates. I would like to use conditional formatting to control the Colors of some of the dates. Like - Early, On time, Over due. Does anyone know how to do this.
