HI I HAVE A DATABASE NAME LEDGER IT HAS TWO TABLE
DATETODATE (TABLE NAME)
DATEFR
DATETO (FILEDS)

LEDGER
IDNO
PARTYNAME
CITY
DR
CR


WHEN I PUT ANY FIELD FROM DATETODATE AND LEDGER IT CREATES AN ERROR.
FOR EXAMPLE WHEN I PUT DATEFR AND PARTYNAME IT CREATES LINKING ERROR.
SOMEONE TOLD ME TO LINK THESE TABLES PLS TELL ME IF I LINK IT WILL CREATE ENTRY IN TABLE TO PLS GIVE ME BEST WAY TO DO IT

Sorry, your post doesn't make sense.

I'll venture a guess that you're trying to link a date to a name, which you cannot do, you link by like data types.

If you care to share some specifics, such as the type and version of the database, version of Crystal, field types you're trying to link, etc, perhaps someone can help.
