Data Back up Software

I am using SyncBack by 2brightsparks for data back up on Windows systems. This program copies each individual new or modified file, it does not compress them into one file like a zip or rar file unless you want it to.

Is their a program like this for linux, with a GUI interface. I have tried the rsync but it does not have a gui.

I admit for all its faults Windows has me spoiled with the point and click.
