Data at multiple sites

I have 3 sites and many remote users. The 2 remote sites need access to data stored at the main site and I have this running over a vpn.

I have a 2003 server at each remote site.

My question is can I have copies of the data at each site so that all users are accessing the data locally, whilst ensuring that all copies are accurate.
