Data Activation not working

Hi, I'm using Accpac 6 on SQL Server 2005 and had installed GL Account Code Change when upgrading from 5.6.
I now wanted to try and activate it.
It says, it's done so sucessfully, but the entry does not get removed from the list of application which can be activated nor does it appear under the General Ledger menu tree.

No errors are displayed. Any ideas what I can try or what the error could be?

OK, seems like adding it to table CSAPP of the company database manually seems to have worked as a workaround.
