Data access restriction

Hi,

I can see there are Security Roles but in the Restricted security role, it gives them restricted functionaility to all the data.

I wanted to know if there is anyway in which I can restrict access to a certain filtered data to a user? E.g. I only want one person to see Graphics Designers and another one to see Architects.

Is that possible?

The Premium versions of ACT! have a function called Limited Access where you can select which users (or teams of users) have access to the contacts, companies and groups
