Data Access Pages...Save to table

I'm just starting to learn how to use Data Access Pages for web applications. I created a DAP using the DAP wizard. The page consists of several text boxes, but I need to save the value of one text box into 2 existing Access tables. The text box value is saved into one table(NewCompany) using the Save button on the Navigation bar, but I'm not sure how to save that value into the other table(HEADING). Any ideas how I can do that? Thanks!!
