Recently we created several Data Access Pages and posted them on the intranet. However, not everyone has Access installed on their computer. Is there anyway they can view the data access page (page.htm) information without access installed?

Okay thanks for your help. So that I may clarify - every employee has Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook installed. So they don't need to install anything (that download or Access) since they have these programs? (For some reason the information doesn't pull up through that .htm page for those employees without access - any thoughts) I just don't want to misunderstand your statement. Thanks for your help.

What version of Word, Outlook, and Excel do they have and what version of Access was used to create the pages?

I believe they all have Office 2003 and I used Access 2003. However, when I open my database it says "Access 2000 File Format" at the top - does that have anything to do with it? I am not even sure why it says 2000 file format when I used Access 2003 - may not be related but thought I would share that. Thanks.

Do they get an error message when they try to open the pages?

I think you probably need these components; they do not come with stand-alone products, but do come with licensed copies of Office:

Make sure they are using Internet Explorer.

The "2000 File Format" is normal and is unrelated.
