I have created a query that has the following in the search criteria: Like "*" & [Enter Search String] & "*". It works fine in the query. When I create a Data Access Page using this query, it does not find any records. I have tried searching for the entire string in a field and it did find the document I was searching for. Any ideas?

Look at the SQL of the query for the Like function and then just an "equals". Remember, you're creating a web page - these are written in HTML, XML code. Open up Notepad and open up one of the data access pages.htm and look at the code.
So your Access code must be translated to HTML, XML. There is no corresponding function for "like", thus it doesn't work. Data Access pages are only for showing very basic recordsets. If you want the user to be able to do queries, you can use ASP. Or if you want to display the result of your query, do a "make table" query on it (change the result to a table) and then make a data access page out of it.
