Data Access Page problem in Intranet

Thanks in advance.
I have created a DAP with Access and I am having issues with around 1/2 of my terminals. In some of the machines, the page displays as blank, and in the others, my active X controls are blocked. Bear in mind, I have set all computers to allow for active x in the tools-security setting windows. The rest of the machines run it perfectly. I am running out of ides. Help
