Hi Guys,

Just a quick question:

I have created a form in access so colleagues can enter support cases - I have saved the form as a data access page.

When they open the form they have the opportunity to delete records. I only want to grant them permission to update or create new records.

What are my options. I don't really want them opening the database and going into the form that way.

Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Hi. I've never done it before, but I just made a Data Access Page. I looked in DESIGN VIEW, and right-clicked around until I found that I could see some properties of the toolbar, chose NAVIGATION BUTTONS and unchecked the DELETE one. See if that helps.
