Data Access Page is getting blocked by Internet Explorer

I’ve set up a Data Access Page that I use to enter some data. However when I bring up this page either on my desktop or on a web server Internet Explorer blocks the content and then gives a pop up asking if I want to allow this the ActiveX controls to run.

Is there anyway around this so that it is a seamless move from hyper link to data access page?

That's a security feature of Internet Explorer. The user must have that feature enabled.
