I am having some trouble when I try to connect to multiple databases with Crystal. I am trying to connect to an Informix database, and an Oracle database. I can get the tables pulled into Crystal, but when I try to link them I get error messages. I can link one field fine, but when I try to link the second field, I get the error message 'Invalid file link. Not all fields in same index expression'. Does anyone know what is causing this? Is it come kind of cross-platform issue with Crystal? Thanks.

kmuller: You can only mix data from different databases if you have a common method of access i.e. ODBC. Are you accessing both Informix and Oracle via ODBC (where it should work) or via native connections (where it won't work)? David C. Monks
