Hello everyone --
I have an interesting situation. One of my users sends out an email to about 17 people. For confidentiality, she sends the email to herself, and BCs the Group.
Yesterday, after sending one of this mini-email blasts, she received the following from my mailer-daemon:
The attached file had the following undeliverable recipient(s):
username@theirdomian.com
Information about your message:
Transcript of session follows:
DATA
521 Server does not accept mail
Typically, she can send to this one person with no problems (outside of the group). I found a couple TIDs @ Novell re: a similar symptom -- but was specific if you enable the "expand groups" in the GWIA SMTP/MIME settings to allow people on the outside to send to your Distribution Groups.
Any suggestions/feedback as to where this email is actually crapping out would be very helpful. My email server? The receipiants email server? Perhaps a setting some where deep in the guts of our GWIA or MTA?
Thank you.
