I use this, and their tech support aren't helping me...wondering if anyone has one-

1) contact bounce (chatter?)- i.e. , rrrrrrrr instead of r

2) Mysteriously switches to "replace text as you type" editing mode - is there a key I am hitting at random that switches to this mode? i.e. I don't want it...fortunately, it goes away whenever I start a new session.

#1 - I don't know
#2 - Usually the "Insert" key on the keyboard will toggle this, maybe you are hitting this without realizing
