Dashboard not loading on Workstation

Hello,

Just did a fresh install 3700 5.7.6 everything is working great. I tested everything from back office res and had no issues. On the terminals ws5a when you hit dashboard it says cannot find specified file. it works fine on res on the server. what file is missing in the cal folder? i checked the touchscreen designer and it calls external program that links procedures. I have that exe file in the cal folder. Im sure its simple but im stuck..
