Dashboard access error

All,

For some unknown reason, the following error appears when I try and browse Sharepoint. As far as I am aware nothing on the server has changed to cause this problem.

I have tried various combinations of the PROXYCFG and do not believe this to be the problem. We have two SP servers, one of which was restored a few days ago, the other left alone. However, several days later both servers display this message after working OK.

My first thought is that the WSS permissions have dropped off somewhere??

Any help or tips here would be most appreciated.
