Dash Lines/Table Borders

Hello,
Could you tell me how I can get a dashed line break or a border on a table - sometimes have them on there. I know how to get a solid border/line break, but a dashed one seems less harsh.

As far as I know,
you can only do that using css (cascading style sheets)

Actually, I'm having a look at the source code now

And yep css
You won't be able to see it in older browsers though.

From the window you're working on attach a stylesheet
open it and look under borders.
You can specify any of the 4 sides, choose colour, dot style, etc.
