Dark Blue box

Good morning,
I have a user who "all of the sudden" started having problems with her lotus notes view. When looking at her folder list in the mail section, she runs her cursor over the folders and instead of it highlighting in light blue, it throws up a big dark blue box around the folder.

I cannot for the life of me figure this one out.
Any ideas?
