Hi everyone.

I'm trying to check some numbers and for that I'm joining dApplicationStat with dSkillsetStat tables (I'm using Timestamp field and ApplicationID field)
I can see that in both tables I have the same amount of Answered Calls but I find that the Abandoned Calls are different. At first, it does no matter since I expect Application calls to be more than Skillset Calls.
However I find some SkillSets that have more abandoned calls than the same row in the Application table.
Do you guys know if this makes sense at all and if so, why?

Thanks in advance. I appreciate your time.

It could be that the calls are being presented to the skillset multiple times in your scripting or from multiple sources in your scripting so when the caller abandons the count is higher. An example of this is if you use the skillset as an overflow for another group or as a central point in your call flow for mutiple scripts.
