Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the viewport borders. I have tried properties and set the colour to white but they are still there. Am I missing something?

Thanks

Hi,

The best solution is to have a layer especially for the viewports and turn it off / freeze it. That way they will still work but you won't be able to see them. The trouble is that you'll have to keeping turning the layer on and off to be able to resize or move etc the viewports..

Another tip is to set the layer not to plot. In the Layers dialog box, select the printer icon on the far right of the layer detail (make sure there's should be a red line through the icon). This way, any layer set to not plot, will (cunningly)..........not plot, even though it still shows on screen..

Cheers,
