I know there is a previous comment about this on the site but y'see...I've already done all that, thus this posting to the forum!<br>I've got some buttons that need to open a new page in another frame. For the love of God though, I can't get it to do a damn thing...not even an error message or anything. The page in question is fine, so is the framing....so why won't it work?<br>Yes, I am whining but it driving me mad.<br><br>A detailed answer would be great.<br><br>Cheers<br>

you just need to specify the right name. Check the source code for the original frame page and check the name= line. if it has none, use the frame name.<br><br>I am assuming that it currently opens a new instance of the browser instead of opening the framed page.<br><br>If in doubt, post the source hmtl of your frames page.
