i see some chinese embedded within my browser, my host file is showing a size of 25k and i cannot delete or modify it coz the system says it is in use.

used CA Antispyware, it detects it as "Cinmus" but says that it cannot remove it

how can i get rid of the damn thing!!!

ALSO is there any way to know what is locking the host file?

Download hijackthis from the link below. Choose do a system scan and save a logfile and post the logfile on here. Do not attempt to fix anything on it unless you know what you are doing as not everything it shows is bad.
