I have a user that has Outlook 2000 here in the office and Outlook 2003 on his home computer. He uses his home computer on ocassion to connect to his work email through VPN. Ever since he started to do that, he has been getting the following error message on his work computer when opening Outlook (2000): "View is Damaged". I tried to run the /cleanviews switch 2-3 times. It seems to fix the problem for a while, but then it comes back. Has anyone ever heard of using Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2000 to check the same email account as a cause for damaged views? Does anyone know of another fix, besides the /cleanviews switch that I can try?
